St Polycarp School employs a well-qualified staff with teachers who are credentialed and/or pursuing their credentials. Our current staff consists of a principal, vice principal, and ten full time classroom teachers, which includes a technology teacher/coordinator. St. Polycarp also employs a part time physical education teacher and music teacher.

Of the St. Polycarp faculty and staff, four possess one or more Masters Degrees, while the average teaching experience varies from 3 years to 35 years. All teachers adhere to the Diocesan policy of Religious certification and all staff are fully certified in CPR and First Aid.

Additional paraprofessional staff includes an administrative assistant, a receptionist, a librarian, two extended day care staff, and a full time teacher’s aide in Kindergarten. The school contracts with an outside hot lunch company.
